Currently, we offer shipping within the United States and internationally.
In-stock products for domestic orders typically ship within 48 hours after submitting. Delivery time will depend upon product availability and other shipping constraints. If all items for your order are available they will arrive within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.
Custom products are not warehoused but are instead decorated and fulfilled after the order is placed. Custom items ship directly from the vendor. The production time varies based on order volume, this process could take up to 2-3 weeks. Please allow additional time for delivery.
Shipping and handling fees will be determined at check out based on the item(s) ordered and the ship-to address. Please note that international orders will have additional fees and will take longer to process due to international documentation required for all international orders.
We're currently offering FedEx (Ground, Express Saver (3 Day), 2 Day, Standard Overnight, International Economy) and USPS (Ground Advantage 2-5 Business Days, Priority Mail 1-3 Business Days, Priority Mail Express 1-2 Business Days)
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. All products can be shipped to APO and FPO addresses and will typically be sent via USPS. When shipping to an APO/FPO, please remember to indicate the following: the US for recipients within the United States; AE for recipients in Canada, Europe, Africa or the Middle East; and, AP for recipients in Asia or the Pacific. For all addresses select the United States from the country pull-down menu.
Currently we do not split-ship orders for the store.

If you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation and a shipment confirmation email once the order ships. You may also check the status on the "My Account" page once you are logged into the site.

Order processing begins the moment you place your order. However, it may be possible to stop the order prior to it reaching the warehouse. Contact customer support at liverampsupport@robertsonmarketing.com to see if it is possible to still cancel your order.

You must have approval from your cost center owner when making any charges to LiveRamp. Work with your manager to get approval from the cost center owner. Purchases must be charged to a LiveRamp corporate card and reconciled following LiveRamp policies.
Personal purchases (gifts for yourself, friends, family members, etc) can be purchased and charged to your personal credit card. If the total amount of an order exceeds $10,000 please submit a zSAVE for Sourcing review. This must be paid via PO.
The swag store is currently set up for internal LiveRamp use only:
-Personal purchases
-Business Gifts (guest speakers, etc)
-Team appreciation, offsites, or gifts; see LiveRamp's gift policy for allowable employee recognition occasions
The swag store is not available for Client Gifting as it is not yet linked with our Sendoso platform. For client gifting please see our Sendoso KB page. Client gifting is targeted to launch late 2022.
For team gifts, any bulk orders below $2,500 can be charged onto a LiveRamp Corporate Card. Orders above $2,500 will require a Purchase Order. Please reach out to LiveRampCustom@robertsonmarketing.com to prepare a quote which will then need to be uploaded to zSave for Procurement to review and produce your PO.

The site accepts all major credit cards: Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB. Please make sure that the billing address matches the one for the card you are using. Your card will be charged when the order ships. When you receive your bill from your credit card company, it will state that the merchant is Robertson Marketing Group. Robertson Marketing manages the store on behalf of LiveRamp. Please be sure to retain a copy of your order confirmation email for your records.
